Referrals are welcomed from school counselors, medical providers, community agencies, and mental health professionals seeking outpatient therapy services.

Outpatient therapy is provided through secure telehealth sessions for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, mood instability, life transitions, and the impact of overwhelming or adverse experiences.

Services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based approaches that support emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term stability.

  • Children and adolescents experiencing emotional or behavioral concerns
  • Teens struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or school stress
  • Clients with trauma history or difficulty regulating emotions
  • Clients experiencing mood instability or persistent emotional overwhelm
  • First-generation Latino/Hispanic individuals and families
  • Clients navigating grief, family conflict, or significant life transitions

If there is uncertainty regarding appropriateness of a referral, professional consultation is encouraged.

Collaboration is an important part of supporting children, adolescents, and families. With appropriate consent, coordination of care may occur with school teams and other providers involved in the client’s care.

Clinical work focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, increasing distress tolerance, and building adaptive coping strategies. When appropriate, trauma-informed recommendations may be provided to support classroom functioning and behavioral stability.

Collaboration may include:

  • Consultation regarding emotional or behavioral presentation
  • Trauma-informed recommendations for school-based support
  • Treatment planning coordination
  • Attendance and engagement updates (when clinically appropriate)

The goal is to support improved functioning across home, school, and interpersonal environments.
