Who do you work with?

Soulful Sexology Sanctuary supports individuals, couples, and families in Massachusetts and Colorado. Care is affirming of diverse identities, including LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and kink communities.

Do you offer sessions in Spanish?

Yes — services are available in both English and Spanish.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes — sessions are provided virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

What are your rates?

Rates vary by service. Individual counseling begins at $100 per session, while more specialized services such as sex counseling begin at $200 per session. You can review the full range of offerings on the Services page.

Do you take insurance?

Yes — insurance-based telehealth options are available in Massachusetts and Colorado, depending on your plan and state. For the clearest confirmation, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask whether telehealth mental health services are in-network.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

A limited number of reduced-fee slots may be available. If cost is a barrier, reaching out is encouraged — accessibility matters here.

How long are sessions?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions may also be available for certain services, including EMDR intensives.

What is your counseling approach?

The practice is trauma-informed, spiritually rooted, and inclusive. Care may draw from EMDR, mindfulness, somatic practices, and relational frameworks, with support tailored to each client’s needs.

What can I expect in the first session?

The first session is a space to share your story, explore your goals, and begin shaping a path forward. The process moves at your pace, with safety and compassion at the center.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a $20 fee, and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

How do you protect my privacy?

Confidentiality is central to the practice. Sessions are not recorded without explicit consent, and client information is stored securely in alignment with HIPAA standards.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes — new clients are invited to schedule a free 30-minute consultation to ask questions, discuss goals, and explore fit.

Do you work with minors?

Yes — with parental or guardian consent, counseling is available for youth and families, especially around trauma, identity, and relational concerns.
